1963 hillman minx in Canada

A friend of mine has a 3 cylinder 1963 hillman minx that's been sitting in his garage for about 20 years. It doesn't run, and we haven't really looked into why it doesn't.

What I'm wondering is: Is there anyone out there who's interested in this type of car? Does anyone know where I can get some info about it? The sites I've found aren't that great.

He's thinking about selling it, but I'm trying to talk him into trying to fix it up...at least before he sells but I'm worried that it might be an impossible project if we can't get parts, manuals etc.. for a 40 year old english car.

Any thought?
