I have a 76 automatic, hatchback VEGA for sale in original condition. The car runs well and compression is 150 pounds all around. The car has been in one family since purchased new and has not been allowed to deteriorate although it is not perfect. It is orange with black interior, has never had serious rust or accident damage and can be driven anywhere. The price is $3500 OR best offer and may be the only original condition Vega in the Northwest. Price will drop according to interest but it's certainly the only one I've seen in a decade. Contact Mike or Doug

I had one here in Michigan and it was an unbelievable little car for me. I spent almost nothing on it in 12 years. I junked it because the body was bending when I would brake and safety was the issue. It still drove excellent otherwise. As a special interest car the above has some value. Getting parts for it would be very difficult. Personally, I believe it would take a major tuna to purchase it for $3,500. However, Joe Gerard said there's an ass for every seat. Good luck. Could you post a picture link to help spur interest?

Hey Mike or Doug,

I guess we're the only three people that have the slightest interest in the Vega. And you're trying to get rid of it. That's too bad. I'd buy another one today and take better care of the rust points. I could drive it until I died.
