I am looking for a pair of fender and running board extensions for a 1949 1 ton 2WD Dodge truck. (Also used on the 3/4 ton) These were used to widen the rear fenders when the dually option was installed. Specifically the fender extensions consist of a narrow (4-6 inch wide) fender which is bolted between the stock 'cycle' type fenders and the pickup bed, I have not found a photo of the running board extensions yet, but assume it a 'fillet' for the additional space created by the wider fenders. These were used '48 to probably the late 50/early 60s for beds which used the 'cycle' type (basically a half moon) fenders. Check http://chiba.netxn.com/~docmo/dtoa/dtoa.htm if you want to see a photo. I do not believe these fenders or running boards are the same as used on the Powerwagons, which I think are larger. These are the last items I need for my 1 ton project and any hlep/leads is greatly appreciated.
