I'd really appreciate any advice on mounting the master cylinder for a Model A to '40's Ford hydraulic brake conversion. I'm finishing a conversion started by someone else that has the old Ford master cylinder mounted on a bracket on the center crossmember. It's set up to be (sort of) activated by the old brake pedal linkage. Though the setup has never been tested - the plumbing was never finished - I don't feel comfortable with it. This conversion must have been done so many times by so many people - there has to be a better way.
