Hello,

Can someone show me the way of verivication Hudson car model and year? Most likely it's Hudson Custom 8 1937. I have a small oval table with numbers:

ANDERSON IND. Delco-Remy 727 V 73469 MODEL MADE IN USA SERIAL AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Thank you in advance for any help

Hello, Sergei...

I can give you a preliminary answer until someone has more authoritative information.

It SOUNDS LIKE it's not an automobile ID plate, but rather, from an electrical generator (dynamo) or starter motor. It may well have come from a Hudson, but it probably does not have the automobile ID number on it.

Delco (a subsidiary of General Motors) is a major supplier of electrical equipment for U.S. automobiles.
