By the way, cloisonné is the technique of inlaying enamel (powdered glass) into cells in metal (the 'cloisons' and firing the result to produce an imitation of set gemstones. The cells are formed by soldering flattened wire on edge to the surface of the metal. That bracelet doesn't appear to have any cloisonné work on it.
