I have just obtained a 1952 Nash 4 door sedan. My intention is to restore as close to original as possible. Problem is, the Model Number 5255 does not match up to the usual Statesman (5240) or Ambassador (5260). Only marking on the vehicle is the usual Airflyte on the dash and a Farina emblem on the lower front fender. No engine or trans, so can't tell if this came with the Lhead or OHV. Wheelbase also appears to be 118-1/2', halfway between the Statesman and Ambo. Any Nash gurus out there have a clue?
