I have a modest collection of auto parts from the 1940's to 1960's that was left to me by my Grandfather. Some of the stuff I can identify as being from a specific model and year but much of it is unmarked. The condition ranges from pretty good to somewhat rusty. I'm wondering if it's worth trying to identify and sell any of the stuff or haul it to the scrap yard? I've looked around on the Net and it seems like most people buy remanufactured parts when they need to replace something on a vintage car. Is there any market for old parts or are they scrap?

Thanks,

Paul, some parts bring lots of money, others not much at all. if you can tell what they are for, more value. put together some lots for ebay, seems to reach around the world.

good luck!
