Hey, the guy who told you that you could only get about 1500/2000 for your GT6 is probably telling you that so that he can buy it. You should be able to get at least 5000 for your GT6 assuming it's running and doesn't need any work to be a semi-reliable daily driver. I have a '70 Spitfire, and even a decent Spitty costs around 2000-3000 bucks US. Get a good price for your car, if you really want to sell it for 1500 I'd be glad to take it off of your hands. If you don't truly understand how rare a good GT6 is go to the classifieds at www.vtr.org

Hey Henry:

I'd rather push an MG than drive a Triumph!

The website you referenced gave a price pretty close to what I guesstimated. they say 1500/2500 for a good one...

Yes, you're right, 1500-2500 for a GT6, the problem is that all the ones in that range have problems with them. The GT6 that Magnus is trying to sell is in original near perfect condition. The only ones in that condition that go for less than 4000-5000 bucks are the ones that people are desperate to sell. And by the way, if you buy an MG over a Triumph, you WILL be pushing it alot.
