Just bought a '66 Catalina Convertible and desperately need black seat belts (4 sets) for it. Can anyone help me out?

Who told you that you needed to install seat belts? In most states cars made before '68 are 'immune' to the seatbelt laws, I would double check on the information before I started tearing my car apart to do the installation.
