Wtd...5 1/4 inch Hi/Low beam headlights

looking for the small headlights that have the HI/low beam in the same bulb, anyone know what the part number is or where to get some ?

They used to be called 4002 sealed beams, and the single filament types were 4001. Don't know where to advise looking for them.
