I'm looking to register my car using a YOM set of plates in the state of Maryland. Can anyone tell me what is involved?

Yep need to get Historic tags first, than take your YOM plates to the MVA and apply for 'display tags' ? You'll need to keep the Historic plates in the car while the display plates are mounted.
